Your Running Coach
My name is Sarah (Grzybek) Deegan and running is a major part of my life. I began competitive running when I was 15 years old. My passion for helping others achieve their goals began when I signed up to be a pace group leader for my first marathon. Since then I've competed in 17 marathons and many other races too. With the knowledge I gained through my experiences, I have successfully coached runners of all calibers to achieve their personal goals.
