A BIT ABOUT ME

Your Running Coach

My name is Sarah (Grzybek) Deegan and running is a major part of my life. I began competitive running when I was 15 years old. My passion for helping others achieve their goals began when I signed up to be a pace group leader for my first marathon. Since then I've competed in 15 marathons and many other races too. With the knowledge I gained through my experiences, I have  successfully coached runners of all calibers to achieve their personal goals.

  • 5k: (18:10)

  • 13.1: (1:23)

  • 26.2: (2:59) - Top 100 Chicago female

  • 3x Boston marathoner (3:10) Top 10 IL Women
